I double checked and I bought it in 2002 as the "Bronze Package" and it has several example tax scenarios with accompanying forms. I am not sure how that translates to today.

I wish I could get those - even though not completely relevant today but will be helpful. I bought his guide last year and it has nothing in it.
In the guide that you have, did it have examples / sample of a form 3115 ? Need a sample of just that.
I checked my purchase history and I bought two different guides, one in 2002 and one in 2012. They both have sample tax forms in them. It is possible that GreenTraderTax no longer includes sample tax forms in their tax guides - that would be disappointing.
However, I am not comfortable sharing these guides since they are paid products. Sorry.
Yes, both of my guides (2002 and 2012) have filled-out samples for Form 3115. But again, I'm not comfortable sharing these files because they are paid products. Maybe ask GreenTraderTax if they offer a guide that includes example forms.
