can anyone explain Labor Day holiday timing to me help

i looked up the Es timing in cme site and could not understand a clue.

can anyone tell me when market closes on 2 sept and 3 in normal language.

market has opened at 5 hrs CDT today 2 sept.

when does it close?

this is critical for me because i can lose my account if i misunderstand

ES have regular (overnight) hours but close at 1pm EST tomorrow. Will reopen at 6pm EST.
 
Monday, September 2 - Market "HALT" > then reopens Monday night at normal times.
2 September - Close from 12 midday to 5 pm.
3 September - Open as normal

*The North American Central Time Zone
 
Is short market is closed for 5 hours but the stocks market is closed all day on Monday.
Most traders take Labour day off to make babies to help with future labour work force.
