Can anybody explain this article?

Why do you have to presume "they are buying options on futures" when the title of the article clearly states "COMEX GOLD & SILVER CALL OPTIONS" and the whole article talks about COMEX options.

Just about every futures broker does futures options. If you are not sure, then just contact the futures broker of your choice and ask them.

Keep in mind that speculating in the metals markets with futures options is a very risky business.
