Can a Ninjatrader Lifetime license be transfer to a new user?

You can use it, but you cannot transfer it to your name. Ninja Trader won't let you as licenses are non transferable per their legal documents.

Licenses are non-transferable in either usage or ownership.
 
My point is, our Terms of Service Agreement prohibit the transfer of licenses. Violate these terms and the license is subject to termination.
 
Makes perfect sense to me. Ninja is very cheap comparing to the value it provides. Plus it is all FREE until you need to trade live, and the support is provided for both paying and non paying users. I am very surprised they keeping the cost so low for so long.
 
Ninjatrader_Ray: If I buy a lifetime license, will I automatically get NT8 when it comes out?
Are you planning to change pricing when you release NT8?

Yes, you will automatically get NinjaTrader 8, no additional cost. This is true for any all our users. We always reserve the right to change pricing at any time but what we have always done is grandfather existing users into the pricing they had at their time of purchase. We even have users paying $20 per month, one our earlier prices from 2003!
