Exactly, there are numerous examples of false confessions and forced confessions.
In regards to the environment I wasn't even thinking about global warming. I believe that man-made carbon emissions are causing temperatures to rise but that is not the main reason why I want zero tolerance in pollution. There is no doubt that our water, air, and soil have been and continue to be degraded by spewing untreated waste. I'm only asking that those creating the waste clean it up and pass the costs onto those who consume their products.
I also want Congree to pass stronger mileage requirements and emission limits for all motor vehicles. I also want to continue driving my Escalade and will gladly pay an 'environment tax' to do so. Again, let the consumer pay for the environmental costs of their lifestyle.

I feel competent enough to say that the data we have is insufficient to prove the causes and consequences of global warming. I assume phase transition is the period of time it will take our climate to change, and I get your point that it will also take that amount of time to revert back. All you have to do to convince me AGW is real and as bad as it is made out to be, is PREDICT THE FUTURE, that is proof that the models are extremely accurate. I don't mean in any obscure, subjective way either. Because that is what climatologists are essentially claiming they can do.

Yes I have, which is why it is the perfect set-up for those making the claims. However like those claiming god exists the burden of proof is on those making the claims not those denying them. So if it is so obvious and indisputable then there shouldn't be any problem convincing anyone. Seriously I can be convinced that I am wrong, but it hasn't happened yet, so I remain skeptical.
