What has the fact that the war was started based on lies got anything to do with sending troops to Iraq? He opposed to it in 02 right? Simply leaving the country amidst turmoil after a war started under false pretenses is the right thing to do now?

You never answered the question whether the war was started in the first place using lies. Obama opposed the war in the first place so your analogy is incorrect to begin with.

As for Republicans, I would have preferred Ron Paul in office over Obama without any hesitancy. If that makes me a marxist then so be it.
