camarilla equation...?

all i know about camarilla equation is that it enables one to calculate the next periods resistance and support points from the high,low,close values of a given period...something like the good old pivot points...but it seems this is different...there are four levels higher L1,L2,L3 and L4 above the previous close and four lower ones below ...it is said to be more useful than pivot points in daytrading...now i wish someone would tell me how to calculate these levels....thanks

It's not that special; just like pivots it works great on some days and is useless on others
