OK\ but UPRO has not made a good bottom, good sell on longs early this week; SPY may have made a temporary bottom , but havent looked @ it lately.
Strange thing about bear markets, they make bottoms every day\LOL\plenty of bottoms.
Actually I have a starting position on SPLV\ but its going up sooooooooooooooW, i havent had time to add to it/LOL.NEVER buy something just for a dividend IBD founder notes:caution::caution:

All because the Fed said they will monitor their QR and adjust as soon as they see the economy shows the slightest sign that it's going to the dogs? LOL

TSX commodity stocks made a floor on the 12th. Most of the TSX energy stocks have recovered 100% from those levels. Miners still underwater but in the case of Copper might be an opportunity.

ENJOYED a intraday 30 minute, 5 +day candlechart,QQQ, May 9 2002\ most all the trends are down on that one \except a gap UP day about 10% close up QQQ cash.
But monthly charts were feeding in polar bears+ that $30area was nothing but a brief bear rally. Bottom was under $20, almost 89% off QQQ $120+/high.
Number$ are approximate. I almost got back in UPRO after a UPRO daytrade, this week\but bear rallies tend to spike to much, with 3x:caution::caution::caution:
