I hope you're right... it's been tough.
go to the daily chart and draw a descending trend line,
or a bear channel.
Then decide when /where / what ... is low.

Trying to pick highs / lows, is sure way to go broke.
The low for which asset/s oh wise one?
How prophetic. Give it enough time. A stock trending down can only go lower. The absolute low of that stock, you will never know until it hits that low and stops going lower. Now, you got your low. Question: How many guesses do you think you need to get it right, one time? Will you have enough monies left by the time this stockmarket has crashed and you finally, figure out that trying to pick the low is just utter stupidity?
