Call options - margin maintenance

Wow I use IB all the time for options (long and short, on many instruments) and never had this sort of issue.

Unfortunately not - I finally got IB on livechat and they reviewed my account and confirmed that this is a bug. They've got the team reviewing the issue.

So that’s why my margin swings wildly overnight. It needs to be system-wide, so every time they fix a bug for someone else, my margin may look different the next morning.

Every broker has different margin call levels. When a margin call triggers it helps you to be alert of how much margin is left now.
