California Senate Leader Admits: "Half Of My Family" In Country Illegally With "False Social Securit

In testimony provided before the California Senate's Public Safety Committee, Senate President Pro Tem Kevin De Leon (D-Los Angeles) decided to admit that "half of his family" is residing in the United States illegally and with the possession of falsified Social Security Cards and green cards. Lest you think we're exaggerating, here is the exact quote:

So now illegally entering the country, identity theft, and tax fraud are all ok according to liberals?
WTF is going on in America?
The Founding Fathers would have taken up arms long before it got to this point.

In Abraham Lincoln's first inaugural address, he stated that the states would get with the program and follow the laws and send in the tax money they owed or he would send in the troops. The unstated objective of sending in the troops, which was later fulfilled, was to kill those opposing the federal gov't edicts.

Why can't Trump? Lincoln was a hero, right?

A long time ago a probation officer asked me. If 40% of a community is smoking pot is it really still a crime? should it be?

I realize this is how you break down a society.
If so many in your state are here illegally that the lead politicians' family members are illegals. Are you still an American state?

When I traveled to mexico city in 1989 and I went to their big museum. I saw on the way a Map which showed California as part of Mexico.
They were not kidding.

Now when Muslims say they will take over Europe through immigration illegal or otherwise... I believe them

Lincoln said nothing about tax money in his first inaugural address. Nor did he ever threaten to send troops if the South did not pay the money it owed.

Yes he did.
Would you like to bet?

Please point to the exact line(s) in his first inaugural address.

The simple truth is that he never mentioned paying tax money from the South. It was not an issue. Please read the summary I provided in my link.

Here is his address -

Control-F on the page, pull up the find box for the page, try to find tax, money, funds, etc. --- not there.

" In doing this there needs to be no bloodshed or violence, and there shall be none unless it be forced upon the national authority. The power confided to me will be used to hold, occupy, and possess the property and places belonging to the Government and to collect the duties and imposts; but beyond what may be necessary for these objects, there will be no invasion, no using of force against or among the people anywhere."

He will use his power to possess the property and collect the taxes. They had no income tax. They had import tariffs (duties) These are taxes. That is how the gov't obtained revenue in their day. Import taxes. And if they didn't collect and send the money, he was going to use his "power" to go get it.

And it's not only in the full inaugural address that I have quoted, it's also in the summary that you gave me.

Did you not know that a "duty and impost" is a tax?

Yeah... and he was threatening to invade over this? Where did he push this threat. Lincoln's first inaugural address was an olive branch to the South with the intent of trying to make them stay with the Union.

He said there would be no violence or bloodshed unless it was forced upon him to do so. And then he outlined how it could be forced upon him.
By the south not paying their taxes.
