Well first it's 71 out of hundreds of thousands employees in the system.

Second this will lower the burden on taxpayers and on those students' tuitions.

We can't have it both ways: everything done with expensive US labor and lower costs for products and services.

Have you ever thought with so many getting Government education paid, too many educated people, causing an abundance of over educated people? I never got my education paid and was working full time job. I have no idea why fund for education when there is lack of jobs to employee these people.
