It's also pretty clear that Jem makes arbitrary decisions about how safe it is outdoors; not hard to deduce he was not wearing a mask much outdoors. He's always claimed beaches are totally safe and admitted to his kid(s) being in soccer games with parents in the audience. Were the players wearing masks ? I highly doubt it; in fact, I doubt all the audience members were in masks either. Perhaps, and this is a big perhaps, some of them are taking better precautions now. Too late no takebacks whatever people did 1-2 months ago the impact is now. Just like too late in Sweden if they were looking at most recent 7 day averages using incomplete data ( like Jem ), they missed the turning point when restrictions were needed.
