The article is from December 8 - BEFORE the tax cuts even passed, why the hell would they have specific proposals BEFORE the tax cuts passed? The point is that Dems already had a plan BEFORE the tax cuts passed and they have plenty of time to screw Cons with their own BS.

of course I saw the date on the article you moron.

I had already read the same thing prior to you posting it. Its why i challenged you. I knew Sacramento did not have any plans in place yet.

There had already been another thread on this. Someone pointed out an argument was made that people were going to create c corps to get to the lower tax rate. I immediately did some research to see if that was viable strategy.
