California AG Threatens to Sue if Trump Administration Places Citizenship Question on Census

So, Hispanic illegals should be given the right to vote and all other rights even though they are not citizens because to do otherwise would be to discriminate against them on the basis of national origin?

Yup. This is going to be a winner at election time.

Your best bet is to make sure that Ruth Ginsberg is getting her daily shot of Tahitian Noni Juice every day to stay peppy for the long haul.

Yes. I want to take your right to vote away and give it to Hispanic illegals. Then we are going to deport you to Mexico.

What's he correct about?
That the census can't ask if you are a citizen?

Maybe you should go back and read the conversation before asking for clarification of a point already made.

But, the goal is to deport you.

Tracking Obama’s deportation numbers

Barack Obama has called himself the “champion in chief” of immigration law reform. Latino activists, angry at his administration’s removal of illegal immigrants, have responded by calling him the deporter in chief. What do the data tell us?

“America is expelling illegal immigrants at nine times the rate of 20 years ago; nearly 2m so far under Barack Obama, easily outpacing any previous president,” the Economist wrote in February 2014. “Border patrol agents no longer just patrol the border; they scour the country for illegals to eject. The deportation machine costs more than all other areas of federal criminal law-enforcement combined.”

Critics may declare President Obama soft on immigration, but as this Reuters graphic shows, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) data the Department of Homeland Security deported 414,481 people in fiscal year 2014, down from 438,421 the year before. Each year of the Obama administration has seen more deportations than any preceding president; the pre-Obama high of 358,886 removals in FY2008 came during President George W. Bush’s last full fiscal year in office.

There are clearly signs that I may already be living in Mexico- which is consistent with the dem strategy of not deporting anyone but- instead- just bring Mexico here.

How is your ilk coming along with DACA? March 5 is coming right up. I am going to guess that it will be about five days after the beginning of March.

My bet is that the dems will fuck it up bigtime to have it as a campaign issue. So far they are unwilling to take "yes" for an offer even though Trump flushed half his base down the toilet to make that offer. What have dems offered? Nevermind.

Everyone knows that the dems just want the Hispanic vote, they don't care about actually resolving anything. Then after the vote, its back on the shelf for them until next time white liberals need them. Such is life on the Dem Plantation.

Wait until we get Obama in for a third term and start deporting republicans. Those numbers are going to triple.

There’s actually a two phase strategy. Currently we are gathering enough votes, then you will be put on a bus.

arrivederci.

No doubt many of his people are working on that today in the Intel agencies.

Gotta have an insurance plan.

Yup. There is an insurance plan and all the Republican FBI agents have been working with Hillary Clinton and Susan Rice from day 1.

Sure, generous bunch those dems are. Giving 750K to the wife of the "republican" in charge of the Hillary investigation.

Okay, keep us posted on that "gathering enough votes" part. If I were a daca person I would be worried about what the dems are gathering enough votes for- to pass a good bill or to make sure that a good bill goes down the toilet so that they can have an issue to get re-elected on.

I don't trust the dems and the daca's don't either now. Not sure who does.
