Exactly. I've done it a number of times before but I try to avoid it since it can be difficult to do high-intensity software development on a calorie deficit. I'm not a fan of this approach. I do believe that going very low in carbohydrates (or even close to zero) is a good approach to lose body fat. But drastically reducing protein intake and dietary fat intake has some negative side effects. It may result in that you're losing more muscle mass while you're thinking that you're losing fat mass.Exactly.
