BTC/USD formed a very bearish inside bar bearish engulfing bar setp on the weeklies. Odds tipping in favor of a break lower rather than higher.

Look at that. X up almost 6% this morning. I must have just gotten lucky with that call.

I've been trying to lost 10-15 pounds for months, maybe years. It's ridiculous. I decided to go hardcore and just make it happen. So I am doing a 200-300 calorie diet for as long as it takes to hit my goal. Starting weight was 189. Today's weight was 185.5. I will probably go until I hit about 175.

So your total daily calorie intake is 200~300 kcal? One of those "crash diets"?
Exactly. I've done it a number of times before but I try to avoid it since it can be difficult to do high-intensity software development on a calorie deficit. Although once one gets through the first few days (usually around the time you go into ketosis), the hunger pain and tiredness just about goes away.

I bought a large sum of Ethereum yesterday. I do think the bitcoin charts look very weak and it could drag all crypto down with it. A 30-40% drawdown could be in the cards. That being said, I am trying to not be a chartist with this since I want it to be a simple buy and hold, regardless of if I think we bottomed here or the bottom is a bit lower. If price continues to drop I will buy 1 large tranche at 145ish, and a final large tranche at around 110. Then just sit and HODL.

I'm not a fan of this approach. I do believe that going very low in carbohydrates (or even close to zero) is a good approach to lose body fat. But drastically reducing protein intake and dietary fat intake has some negative side effects. It may result in that you're losing more muscle mass while you're thinking that you're losing fat mass.
