Any thoughts on C's earnings?

After the weakness in tech GOOG etc tech should sell off today, if C is weak could trigger another run on the financials especially after MER's results.

Doesnt seem to be anything else on the calendar except for it being Friday.

PS Market makers have had a couple of days to arrange shares for shorting...SEC rule is only a one off time slip....and time is up

Citi boosts Europe shares into positive territory

European shares broke into positive territory by midday on Friday after forecast-beating results from Citigroup boosted bank stocks.
