In the case of YHOO, if someone bought them out, their ticker symbol would disappear. There would probably still be a Yahoo but the company would no longer exist as we know it.

I cannot imagine Ford being around in 5 years either. The only thing they make well is the Mustang. I predict it will get carved up within a few years...

AMD isn't going anywhere. IBM or NVIDIA will buy them if they're smart.

And they'll buy them before their stock goes back to the 20s or 30s, too.
