here in california bac and wm were huge in giving out arms to anybody with a heartbeat.

...but i read somewhere that in fact undocumented people are defaulting the least.

I know an undocumented dishwasher who got a 550k,no money down mortgage on a house that is now worth half.That pretty much sums up this whole economic implosion.

A few days ago I heard Robert Rubin was trying to get a position with the new administration, possibly as the Treasury secretary. In fact, he was John Kerry's top choice back in 2004.

I am glad that moron wasn't selected. Citibank can thank him for his excellent leadership.
