If both go to zero, how many Dow points do they represent ? And more important :
will it be easier for hedge funds to control index markets further by slamming financials ? What´s the risk / reward of both not being "nationalized" ? :confused:

According to my calculations, if both C and BAC go to $0 (and everything else stays the same), the Dow would be only about 48 points lower. This surprisingly negligible effect is due to the fact that the Dow is a price-weighted index.
