Buying in a panic lessons learned

Im looking at two stocks that I think might reach disgusting lows that will be great deep value buying opportunities. These stocks are trading like Yahoo did in year 2000. When Yahoo got to 4 and change in 2002 it was a great buy. It will be no different for LM and USG.

It looks like AMR is at a good buying point right now if you can stand the fact of being in a stock that may go to zero.

I think both will get into the single digits and thats where I will make my buy.

He will simply fade any type of move as he argues it went 'too far'. Simply fades it and once he's underwater he will just average into a losing position. This is one of those strategies that works great until it doesn't and suddenly 90% of the account is gone :cool:
