Real estate is considered "real" property...not personal property, if it is fixed to the land. Mobile homes are personal property.

First come to Canada...we let everyone into our country...and if you are an illegal immigrant you will even get a free subway sandwich upon arrival.

Once you are a Canadian, you can spend up to 6 month of the year in the US without any problem. Although if you do anything illegal you probably won't get across the border into the US..but you will always have a home here!

note: only 1 (one) sandwich per illegal immigrant in any 12 month period.
