Just found out Ninja doesn't support 64 bit. That answered the 32/64 question.
But they say that Ninja 7 will support 64 bit, so is it better to be prepared, or just stick with what currently works. I've decided to stick with 32 bit for now and looking to upgrade by the end of the year. I experience the same problems you do now, but am going to suck it up and see how the Ninja/Window 7 config works out. Bound to be some growing pains there as well.
