Yes, it seems like capitulation volume the past few days (RSX).

Ya, I posted the reverse split, Russia was EXTREMELY oversold and the volume on RSX was insane the other day, over 70 MILLION shares, around ten times daily average, the oil bounce helped for sure.
I'm holding RSX for a swing, risk is well defined, but RUSL has lots of juice being a 3x, good trading.
it is true that russia index with around 5 PE is so low.
