Maybe you meant dec 19 ?
I don't think there was any trading on dec 21 which was a Saturday
If that was a gamble on a sure thing why not go all in ?
You could have bought the in the money option and made a lot more money

Dude, monthly listed options have a maturity date on the 3rd saturday of the month. Dec 21 was correct

Oops sorry, My mistake I read that wrong as I was looking at the chart I thought he placed the trade on the 21st I didn't realize that that was the expiration date
That's pretty brave to place a trade 2 days before expiration
That's usually when I close my trades
You would have to be glued to the screen all day to place that kind of trade

Watching every tick is useless. A predetermined time to check the position is all it takes, I usually will check twice a day at 10am, noon or 3:30pm EST.
