If they do go BK, this is going to cause a major shit storm in this area; I am not saying I am a fan, but they are supposed to be muscle in this area. This would expose how weak the banks really are and the ride down for the market will be fast and furious. Agree on Mozillo, major share dumping and so typical.

Yes, I took a small loss on those.

I was also short this 3-4 months ago at $38 and change and got shaken out on that damn ML buyout rumor. Think it actually went over $40 a few days later. Felt good getting out. Guess I should have doubled up at that point. I know I would have covered mid-30's when it was bouncing around.

I have no action on it presently.

I think everyone is on the short wagon on this now.
