After black voters just voted 99% against the most pro Trump candidate in the country you'd think Rasmussen might want to reconsider a poll saying he has a 36% black approval rating.
One poll is 100%.No president with a 1st term average approval below 50% has won a 2nd term( Trumps 1st term average is 40)
