I learned long ago, never trust the government as they are here to "help" you, they the ones who give or take away information. I have a system, and have learned the hard way by only trading that system, and by golly, I do. Its likePCG or GE going to $6.66, could/should go lower, but 90% or 95% off all time highes, helps anything fly up like a dead car/rat bounce...…….NOT saying silver or coper is as badly managed as CA forestry, PCG, GE .LOLGood question

Yeah, I'm not fully convinced about copper just at the moment as a new buy.
Once lithium begins to rally until then will remain not bullish.

So open interest fell both short-covering day (Friday) and retrace day (Monday)...though open interest over all has been rising reasonably strongly since December. But net positions shows no strong bias.

or sometimes early buyers.Like some may buy tech stock in late SEPT OCT. Even though it was not the best timing in 2018, early buyers.LOL Dosn't look like PCG will use much copper, bankrupt. But the new co may .AS far as the worst run forestry dept in US [CA] saying PCG, is ok in one fire=Fake News most likely.
