Business Banking Recommendations

I'm looking for recomendations for a business banking (checking) account.

Ideally I'd like the following:

- No monthly/annual fees, i.e. free checking.
- No minimum balance requirements.
- No wire transfer fees.
- Branch in CA, or not if bank allows online/phone-in wires.
