"Bush wants high-speed Internet access for all by 2007

Meaning more jobs and more stock 100% up room to go."

Did he say this in his speech today? I didn't have the volume up.
 
It's easy for anyone to get high-speed internet access for everyone rolled out quickly now that the Wi-MAX IEEE 802.16 equipment is coming into production.
A stupid promise, when it's rather obvious in the first place, and I don't see the big improvement in the economy by this, as probably not everyone will have a PC or means to connect.
