Under Bush, energy prices were higher - not food. More FOOD commodity inflation has occurred under Obama than Bush. In fact, the Agricultural Commodities index hasn't been higher under anyone than under Obama. Including Bush.

Not that either Bush or Obama are responsible for commodity speculation - the Fed is.
