Bush to Meet with PPT tomorrow

Quote from nutmeg:

We can't kick the Chinese in the nuts, half of Corp America is wating with bated breath to market to the billions of Chinese consumers. What we will sell them? A big mac, a latte? We really have nothing to sell them, maybe some paper as in financial instrument.

We've got good porn to sell.. don't forget about that.

Quote from IanMacQuaide:

hey gnome....the Romans had free bread and circuses just before the empire totally fell apart.

bread=welfare
circus=tv

More specifically Brittany Spears, or probably the whole Spears family is the circus. Until someone proves otherwise, I believe they are on the Bush payroll. No one is that wacked-out.

"Brittany Spears"... insight into what America values.

Quote from runningman:

Do you think Bush plays Nintendo DS or Gameboy while the adults are talking about the economy? Or did they get him an iPhone to fool around with?

funny

wonder what makes you suggest that reality?

That's uncalled for. Video games today are much too advanced.

A close aid to the white house recently told me they always have Battleship within reach. When they can't find an intern to play against him, they usually give him one of those toy electronic guitars. That one usually gets him pretty riled up.

Quote from MarketMasher:

Why are you worrying about it?
Your kids are already sold into slavery.

You may as well enjoy yourself!

Bushenomics works! :D

It's not "just Bush"... been going on since FDR days... buy you're correct.

Quote from gnome:

WHAT, are you NUTS? There hasn't been a "business cycle" for 25 years.. it's all "pump the money, then lie about the inflationary impact".
That was my impression as well.
Quote from gnome:

Years ago, I mentioned how the US was becoming like the Roman Empire... my friend say, "no way"... Well.... "WAY" !
I don't think you're alone in that observation.
