He's not saying anything substantial because he's as dumb as a box of rocks.
 
Quick get in to that house that is double what you can actually afford now in time for the big bail out (is this Bush logic for giving the housing market a boost :) ) , worst case you get a fixed rate interest only loan that will keep rolloing over until you will be getting your payment slips from the Fed itself with suggested payment amounts.

Throw a cloak on this guy and he would do a great stand in for the grim reaper! How appropos :)
 
I always have a market sell order loaded when he's talking, just in case.

What the hell was he talking about when he said re-fying your house was a taxable event:confused:
