No he is not right. Bush can indeed order a bombing run but that does not amount to a declaration of war, at least not according to his own logic. Clinton ordered an attack on a pharmaceutical factory in Sudan and sent cruise missiles into Afghanistan but I never heard Z10 accusing Clinton of declaring a war against Sudan/Afghanistan. When Lebanon and the Palestinians shell Israel with Katyusha/Qassam rockets and abduct Israelis Z10 does not consider it a declaration of war, when Iran abducts British sailors in neutral waters this is not an act of war, when Iran declares a Fatwa against a british citizen that is not a declaration of war either. Of course when Israel retaliates and/or Bush designates a group of fanatical scumbags as terrorists - that's a declaration of war according to Z10. What a moron!

Didn't you know that when Israel is bombed, it is an act or terrorism, but when Israel bombs the shit out of Lebanon it is war? You aren't going to have the balls to call Israels bombing an act of terrorism, though it fits the description of terrorism to a T, being as it is a political act meant to terrorize the locals into political action in their favor.

Doesn't matter, the actions of Israel's bombing are meant to terrorize the people in to submission and bend to Israel's political will. The goal is political, the tool is spreading fear of future bombing that does and has killed women, children, and other innocent observers.
