When one is ruled by a kleptocratic regime, then one starts trying to change that regime instead of trying to run away. That is what the freedom fighters and revolutionaries have done throughout history... they kicked the shit out of the kleptocratic rulers. They did not run away to another country. Perhaps kicking out the accomplishes of the kleptcratic admin from power was the first step that the people of this great land took in the 2006 elections.
