Clinton was a POTLICKER just like the rest.. he just APPEARED to do something right because he was lucky enough to exit at a bubble zenith.
Government... whether "lead" by RepubliClowns or DemoCraps is all the same. It's about self-promotion, self-enrichment, self-aggrandizement... all at the expense of the citizenry.
