is there any doubt that Bush's speech on the state of the U.S. financial markets ( that was mysteriously cancelled ), helped tip-off media and trading desks that AIG was about to be bailed-out?

why is it every time this guy opens his mouth the markets tank....

Anytime he just remains quite .. and doesn't make any speeches the markets world wide seem to be rallying.
