Anybody out there use this software? I have had it for a few months and had some problems. Sent an e-mail to cs and it took them a month for a reply. Would like to talk to other users. You can e-mail me at address below or call me. Nothing serious, just want to see if anyone else has run into the same glitches I have.

I've used them forever. The customer service is slow, but they are really the best out there if you want to have fast scanning for P&F Charts.
