Sorry you find that disturbing. It simply makes more sense to me to show the attribution in italics and the new comment in bold, unlike this message board software. It also saves page space to do it this way, instead of the overly wide breaks it normally uses.

Not necessarily. As I suggested, it may mean that the policy has not yet been firmly determined, and that they are only seeking to warn potential violators early. Also IBsoft, while a member of the management team (I believe), is probably not the person to clarify it. Your message is less than a day old. Do you think they might have other things to do?
