If I could bet I already know it is a loosing team of those 16 traders. ...and works on any market is usually a term it is nowhere really good or worse, not profitable with any significant edge (so not working except with some discretionary luck). It seems the author is not awaken at all when he wants to form such a trading group. It is incredible difficult to be profitable especially when those 16 are still learners and seeking help from him. Time wasted.

...and by the way who is religiously repeating his 200 hours talk to the flow of new traders which then replace the failed traders all the time of those 16 'traders/gamblers' ? Just write it down in a pdf in an orderly manner, that would be far better than just talk. Then make this pdf free for everyone....then he would get some opinions on it too. Post your whole talk in a pdf here. But I already think it is not worth a read from what I have read here so far in forum...
I see only one reason for such a group. One or a few will backtest his discretionary talk, maybe with some additional idea included, he was not aware of. Then he might get a look and copy the code and decide whether he will trade this or still must think how to optimize his discretionary trading rules (which is usually a sign you are NOT aware of all your own rules which makes it difficult to trade too). So he is also the lazy man, maybe a bit clever and let others the work for him done. And that he cannot write it just down in an orderly manner, is also a sign of laziness...and maybe he tried it already to write it down but then realized his talk is full of contradictions that even that attempt would fail to make it worse...hmm?...

its not hard for me to admit the extent of my laziness as we all are. im harder on myself than anyone else. im giving new traders a way to shave a few years off their learning curve.
just because fear grips and controls you does not mean everyone else is too afraid to check it out. its only 200hours which ive seen people complete within 2 weeks. if you would rather continue banging your head against the wall for more years thats all good just move on. but if you want to accelerate your progess, im right here for now.

If someone routinely types everything with no capital letters at all, then the use of lowercase i very likely has no special meaning at all. It is simply an accidental consequence of the fact that they never use capital letters for any word.
