Rare is the forum poster anywhere who doesn't occasionally have a thread backfire. I know I sure have. There's always a tiny group on any forum who handle themselves uncannily well (NoDoji and Arthur Deco are my favs here) and thank God that Baron is as intellectually honest as they come for site owners.

Yes.. I somehow over estimated the skills of people here in Automated Trading forum... I somehow thought this forum was for asking technically questions related to developing trading platforms, discussing good and bad things in the already existing packages, but I was wrong.
I'm sorry I did not manage to talk things up into unbelievable heights and then afterward screwing you from behind like TickZoom did.
I'm also sorry for all the other posters in this forum looking for help:
data base construction
Building a trading platform
Just to mention a few :D

NB: YoungGuy-> PM's with such content, reminds me of the days back in kindergarten. My dad is stronger than you dad....
- It's really entertaining to see such postings in a forum that should have a more mature environment. Keep them coming :p

I started a thread some years ago on a similar topic:

Zen and the art of ATS design

You'll have to wade through the initial pages of verbiage to get to the syntax stuff that might be of interest to you. Reading it now makes me cringe a bit but I've learned a lot since then.
