Police believe they have identified the teens involved in the assault. The Philadelphia Human Relations Commission is involved in the investigation.
If the police do nothing then they should be defunded and we should start all over with a new police force and fire all the top level people as well and replace them. According to one story this followed an assault from the previous day so the kids know who those bitches are and can easily identy them.
