But my understanding is that flax, walnuts and pumpkin seeds are 3s. As for the supplement I presently take, it has 600 mgs of EPA and 300 mgs of DHA.Not too much omega6. Really, no need for any supplemental omega6. Supplement with EPA, yeah.

Yes, I realize that plant sources are ALA. But more than twice a week of salmon or the like is more than I prefer. So I suppose the supplementing should continue. Do you think the amount in the capsule I get is enough?They are, but you should be eating more EPA than ALA
