Deal contract has clause in which JPM could be responsible for BSC liabilities even if the deal falls apart.

Looks like the Fed may have a problem on its hands. Couldn't happen to a nicer fairer minded bunch of people. I hope they have all night sessions and no sleep for a loooooong time.
