BSC only upside?

I'm striting to think that this bear sterns thing is gonna drag out for a long time and other companies are gonna try to raise the bid or there will be more lawsuits and such.

The floor is established at $10

the upside could easily be $20 or so on a few more offers
 
considering the fact that the CEO just dumped a ton of shares i think you have to believe that 10 bucks is the final price. but there is very little downside risk involved in the trade and significant upside if something does happen so it does look interesting. JPM is expecting the deal to close quickly so money wouldn't be tied up for too terribly long.
