Those who think the power in this country is in the hands of the people because the different parties take turns at the ceremonial helms of government, are fools.
The dems were fools to think that the changing of the guard would bring real change in 2008, and the repubs are fools to think that the real power is phased by the election of a particular president, senator, governor etc.

...as record lobby money is spent, that "bull market" will not see a correction with changing faces in D.C.
