The pendulum swings, and those in the pit don't even see that the two party system is filled with both sides of the same coin.
I remember on this board the hysterical celebration by the right when Bush won his second term...
This too shall pass, and the underlying problems will continue.
Those who think the power in this country is in the hands of the people because the different parties take turns at the ceremonial helms of government, are fools.
The dems were fools to think that the changing of the guard would bring real change in 2008, and the repubs are fools to think that the real power is phased by the election of a particular president, senator, governor etc.
Think Ron Paul is overjoyed with the Mass vote?
No, as he knows that nothing has or will actually change.
Tomorrow, like today it will be business as usual for those who actually exert power and control in America...
...as record lobby money is spent, that "bull market" will not see a correction with changing faces in D.C.
...so celebrate as Rome continues to burn, just like the dems celebrated their pendulum swing.

I don't get it.
The most sinister coup in history had taken place in America without a shot and for the most part in secret to buy the election and steal many an electorate seat through multiple fraudulent activities and graft and put scum in power that create Czars of control ... and yet this little election gets past them?
I am beside myself with "hope for change" and appreciative of a God that answers prayers. (I haven't heard reports of certain frozen heads being spotted in space yet ... but my hope is renewed nevertheless.)
There is not a true two party system however ... the scum on both sides better be aware that the party belongs to the people.
