Brokers with free API?

I'd like to start with automated Forex trading, but with not too much money at first. So now I'm looking for a broker. Do you know a broker that offers a free API, and has no minimum monthly commission?

Any MT4 or MT5 broker has a free API. None of them charge commissions on their retail accounts (though spreads are usually pretty wide).
