We offer locates from our clearing broker, Wedbush Securities, that have no locate fee. In general, the service team starts to respond to those locate requests about 7am ET. We also offer on Lightspeed Trader and Sterling Trader Pro a Short Request tool that accesses inventory from a third party locate broker. These have a cost per share and that tool comes online around 5am, I have no exact time for that. I did not ask the service desk to see if ALZN was available. This is the locate tool.
