Brokers policy towards systems breakdown

After watching the show "IB system breakdown" today, I am sure many other brokers also have such problem. Does anyone know other brokers policy towards systems breakdown? Will they pay for damage?

If you do not like the system breakdown policy, you could always take your business to another broker. Or, you could just save up enough money and purchase a seat on the exchange yourself. No pesky broker systems to deal with then.
