brokers offering consolidated commission

I usually just trade 1 stock all day, mostly scalping. Is there a broker that offers consolidtated commission?

What I mean by consolidated commission is:

"trades placed on the same day, same stock, same side of the market, will be
consolidated into a single trade and be counted and charged as one trade."

somebody used to offer that years ago. it was a company called national discount. many clearing frims charge per stock so if somebody traded the same stock all day long it's very cheap for them
